I had the camera ready, which turned into a full-out impromptu photoshoot. Leg in a full brace from ACL surgery, I ditched the crutches, put my Canon in silent-shoot mode (an awesome feature, by the way), scooted across the gymnasium floor to the edge of the stage, all to the embarrassment of my wife and kids.

It was well worth the effort, though. Enjoy some of the fun shots I was able to capture from tonight's performance!
